ella studio and the environment

Ella Studio cares about protecting our environment. We believe that every little bit helps and that it's not hard to make small changes every day. Here are some ways we are reducing, reusing and recycling:

1. Our house paper is made from a minimum 30% post consumer recycled fiber, is Green Seal certified, meets federal procurement guidelines, is recyclable and is produced with 100% renewable Green energy (Green-e certified)..

2. We print on a vintage hand-operated printing press.

3. Old printing plates are recycled using the nifty photopolymer recycling program from Boxcar Press.

4. We recycle paper, plastic, glass and metal
in both the office and the studio.
